PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant for our North Lakes store. You will blend customer service with sales, while learning basic mobile device repairs and contributing to a rapid-paced retail environment.
You will diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices, assist frontline staff with sales, and manage repair queues with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Training will be provided for IRP certification.
