About the Team
The Learning and Curriculum Unit enhances teaching, curriculum and assessment in alignment with quality standards and strategic direction. Curriculum Management and Student Operations teams work within faculties to deliver consistent, responsive and policy compliant services.
Job Purpose
Provide administrative support for learning and teaching operations and student lifecycle activities. Contribute to high quality, policy compliant education services and faculty strategic goals.There are various opportunities available across various faculties. One of which is part time 3 days per week. Please indicate in your cover letter your preference for either a continuing position or part-time 3 days per week position.
Role Responsibilities
Support progression,



study plan management and student administration processes.
Provide administrative support for timetabling and teaching systems.
Review and distribute admissions applications for academic assessment.
Support orientation, academic integrity, examinations and student transition activities.
Maintain records, procedure documentation and published student administration information.
Contribute to process improvements, quality assurance and compliance activities.
Selection Criteria
Understanding of curriculum governance, student lifecycle operations, and academic administration in a university context.
Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks, including TEQSA and HESF standards
Awareness of systems and technologies used in curriculum and learning management and student administration and management
Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance principles in higher education
Ability to solve problems, with the capacity to interpret curriculum structures and student lifecycle data
Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness
What We Offer
Base Salary Range: $ 87,****** - $ 99,****** plus 17% Superannuation
Theposition is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
