. Nightlife's mission is to enable people to live as independently as possible and enjoy an inclusive lifestyle. We operate 7 days a week/365 days a year.
About the role
This role involves the provision of in-home support, community access and personal care to people with disability living within their own homes. We offer a specialised service providing day, evening and overnight supports at the time that best suits our service users. We have the option to utlise our fleet vehicles to make getting to jobs easier on staff. Long and short shifts available; choose one to match with your lifestyle.
Requirements
Cert III or other relevant qualification( if any)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
WWCC and International Police Checks (if required)
Skills and experience
Enthusiastic, reliable and motivated
Committed to the rights of people with disability
Experience working with people with physical disability is preferable
Willingness to learn and work in a variety of environments
Experienced and well trained in Complex Care (Such as Medication, Dysphagia, Bowel Care and Catheter Care)
Comfortable with supporting exercises routines
Capable with household chores
Confident driving a wheelchair
