Role Description
As a senior member of our technology team, you will:
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
Lead complex Salesforce projects across Nonprofit Cloud, participant management, service delivery, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms, including workforce management and scheduling solutions.
Work with platforms such as
Skedulo, MAICA, Humanforce, AlayaCare, and other rostering and scheduling solutions
to support frontline operations.
Drive Salesforce DevOps maturity through GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing,



and release management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape future solutions.
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices.
Help build a modern, scalable Salesforce ecosystem that supports organisational growth and innovation.
Essentials
8-10 years' experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows
SOQL/SOSL
Salesforce APIs
Integration patterns and best practices
Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Strong hands-on experience with:
GitHub
Pull Requests
Branching Strategies
Source Control Management
Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
GitHub Actions
Azure DevOps
Gearset
Salesforce DevOps Center
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
