Halter is seeking a hands-on Field Ops Specialist to join our Australia team, building and maintaining on-farm hardware collars and towers. You'll work directly on farms, diagnose issues, deploy hardware, and own field operations from the ground up.
You'll travel regularly across Australia, collaborate with our Auckland HQ team, and help create a scalable maintenance system tailored to Australian markets. This role suits proactive problem-solvers who thrive in early-stage environments.
