Your recruiter will be in touch to advise you on how to confirm Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status.About the opportunityWellMob is an innovative, Aboriginal-led digital mental health and wellbeing initiative, leading online social and emotional wellbeing resource platform supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing workforces across Australia.We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Officer (Targeted) to lead the creation of training resources and programs that empower frontline workers and strengthen outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families, communities, and workforce.Join to help shape the future of Social and Emotional Wellbeing workforce development.Your key responsibilities will be to:design and deliver workforce development initiatives that build capability in the use of Social and Emotional Wellbeing resourcescreate practical, culturally responsive change to safe learning resources and training materials for health and wellbeing professionalsengage and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop solutions that support improved practicecoordinate projects and activities,
