Monks is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to join our Sydney office. You will provide in office IT support for Mac and Windows, manage in-office hardware and AV, and ensure a clean, well-organized workspace for AU Monks while delivering friendly, face-to-face service.
You'll maintain asset records, assist with onboarding and offboarding equipment, contribute to IT documentation, and support the Global IT team with tickets and project work, including meeting room tech and routine maintenance.
