We are seeking an experienced Minesite Village Services Team Leader to manage day to day operations of our utility services functions at our Mining Village in South Australia.Reporting to the Village Manager, you will use your customer service mindset and dedication to quality service standards to contribute to a positive client experience, and lead our friendly, inclusive team culture.
Working on a FIFO 14:14 roster from Adelaide Airport.About the Role:The Village Services Team Leaders are responsible for leading the housekeeping teams and catering utility teams in cleaning of customer accommodation, mine site operations, outdoor and public service areas, tavern, diner and administration areas ensuring that standards of cleanliness and customer comfort are maintained.
This includes ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and Quality Standards are met by staff.Responsibilities include:Coordinate site staff in maintaining a safe working environmentoversee efficient running and maintenance of the utility functionsrespond to customer complaintsmodel high standards of performance and behaviourimplement and review service standardscreate a team that works together with trust and accountabilityassist in management of department budgetensure adequate supply of materials and equipment, considering cost effectivenessAbout you:Excellent communication, with a customer service mindsetStrong focus on safety and positive leadership of peopleSolid experience across housekeeping or hospitalityMotivated,
