Job TitleAccount LeadJob Description SummaryThe Account Lead acts as the senior account owner, delivering overall account governance, client relationship management, commercial performance, financial oversight, service delivery assurance, and coordination of key stakeholders across the data centre account.
This role ensures the account is managed in line with contractual obligations, company standards, client expectations, SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and agreed financial targets.
The role provides leadership across planning, reporting, risk management, vendor performance, budget control, and governance, while relying on the technical and operational teams for day-to-day execution of site activities.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Own overall account delivery, ensuring services are governed, measured, and delivered in line with contractual requirements, client expectations, and Cushman & Wakefield standardsAct as the primary account leadership point for the client, maintaining clear ownership of account performance, priorities, risks, actions, and service improvement plansOversee account financial governance, including budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, cost reporting, procurement visibility, invoicing coordination, and commercial risk managementLead SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and management reporting processes, ensuring account performance, service risks, and contractual obligations are visible, accurate, and tracked to closureCoordinate vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across technical operations, EHS, finance/admin, procurement, and service delivery to manage performance,
cost, and contractual dependenciesProvide senior escalation oversight for service-impacting risks, client concerns, compliance matters, and unresolved operational issues, while driving continuous improvement across governance, reporting, stakeholder experience, and service delivery maturityAbout You:Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in account management, facilities management, data center operations, service delivery management, or contract management within a mission-critical environmentDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, or a related disciplineProven experience owning account governance, client relationships, service performance reviews, stakeholder management, and escalation management in a client-facing environmentStrong financial and commercial awareness, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, cost control, procurement and invoice oversight, and commercial risk managementExperience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional support functions, including finance/admin, technical operations, procurement, compliance, and service delivery teamsStrong communication, structured leadership, and organizational discipline, with familiarity in SLA/KPI reporting, risk management, compliance frameworks, audit processes, and vendor governanceAs an equal chance employer, Cushman & Wakefield encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates to apply.
