They're looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their small, close-knit team.Managing a commercial portfolio of warehouse and industrial properties, you'll have plenty of autonomy without being overloaded — plus strong administration and accounts support behind you.And importantly, there are no after hours meetings.What's on offer?
$110K–$120K + Super2–3 days WFHNo after hours meetingsMonday–Friday, 8:30am–5pmManageable portfolio with approximately ***** propertiesPredominantly commercial warehouse & industrial portfolioStrong administration and accounts supportGood level of autonomy and flexibilitySmall, collaborative team environmentEstablished business operating for approximately 10 yearsResidential OC Managers encouraged to applyThe RoleYou'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately ***** properties / ******* lots, predominantly made up of smaller to medium-sized commercial schemes.The portfolio is considered clean and manageable,



allowing you to focus on providing a high level of service rather than constantly putting out fires.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a predominantly warehouse and industrial OC portfolioRunning and preparing for AGMsManaging day-to-day OC matters and queriesBuilding robust relationships with owners and committeesCoordinating maintenance and contractorsResolving issues across the portfolioManaging compliance and relevant documentationWorking closely with dedicated administration and accounts supportMaintaining regular communication with the wider support teamManaging your portfolio autonomously while contributing to the broader teamUsing StrataSphere for portfolio managementAbout YouCommercial OC experience would be highly regarded, however it isn't essential.
If you're an experienced Owners Corporation Manager coming from a predominantly residential portfolio and are interested in moving into commercial, they're very open to having the conversation.You'll ideally have:Previous experience managing an Owners Corporation portfolioCommercial OC experience preferred, but residential OC experience absolutely consideredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent problem-solving abilityConfidence managing a portfolio autonomouslyStrong organisation and time managementA collaborative, team-focused approachThe ability to effectively utilise administration and accounts supportWhy Make the Move?
