You will play a critical role in ensuring strong engagement with families, consistent delivery standards, and a well-led team environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations across two centres, ensuring consistency, structure, and efficiencyBuild and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with parents and familiesDrive a high-quality, professional learning environment aligned with Kip McGrath standardsSupport, guide, and hold tutors accountable to performance and engagement expectationsOversee scheduling, student flow, and centre organisation to optimise operationsMaintain high presentation and operational standards across both locationsContribute to a positive, accountable,
