The Opportunity
We're looking to connect with exceptional retail leaders interested in joining our Culture Kings Auckland management team.
We're seeking commercially driven operators who know how to lead high-performing teams, drive results and deliver exceptional retail execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
You may currently be leading a flagship or high-volume store, overseeing multiple locations, or operating in an Area or Multi-Site Management role and looking for your next challenge.
The scope of the opportunity will be shaped around the experience, capability and leadership strengths of the successful candidate.
The Role
As part of our Auckland management team, you will:
Drive sales, profitability, productivity and key retail KPIsLead, coach and develop high-performing teams and retail leadersBuild a strong culture of accountability,
engagement and performanceUse commercial insights and data to identify opportunities and drive resultsDeliver exceptional customer experience, brand and visual standardsMaintain strong operational, workforce planning and talent management standardsPartner with Retail Leadership to execute key business prioritiesBuild leadership capability and strong internal succession pipelines
About You
You'll bring:
Significant Store Management, Multi-Site, Area Management or senior retail leadership experienceA strong track record within high-volume, rapid-paced retail environmentsProven commercial success across sales, wages, productivity and profitabilityExperience leading and developing managers and high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen and confidence using data to drive actionA hands‐on leadership style with high standards and strong accountabilityThe ability to move between strategic thinking and operational executionA genuine passion for retail, fashion, streetwear and culture
