This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with senior leadership within a well-established business.The RoleLeading the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential developmentManaging project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction deliveryOverseeing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholdersManaging project variations, costs, commercial risks and contractual mattersLeading design coordination and resolving construction issuesEnsuring project quality,
safety and programme requirements are achievedManaging client and stakeholder relationships throughout the projectDriving the project towards successful completion within programme and budgetRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industryStrong experience delivering Class 2 / multi-residential projects valued above $30M-100M+Robust understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial managementStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes independentlyStrong understanding of project programming, procurement and construction methodologiesWhat's on Offer$200K – $250K + SuperDirect ownership of project delivery from construction through to completionStrong pipeline of future Class 2 residential developmentsHigh level of autonomy and involvement in key project decisionsLong-term career opportunity within a reputable builder
