CGC are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high end residential and commercial builder based in Sydney, working across the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.
Our client has a strong pipeline of premium projects up to $11m, with several more due to start soon, and is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support the next stage of growth.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a tight knit, high performing team (around 15 people) and take real ownership over high end builds from start to finish.
You'll work closely with the director, site teams, and consultants to deliver projects on time and on budget, and there is genuine scope to help shape the business going forward, with profit share available for the right person.
Our client is looking for someone who is going to be with the business a long time and has given us a rough pay range on what he wants to pay someone, but they are open to negotiate depending on what you can bring to the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing multiple high end projects concurrently, with values up to $11mRunning project programs, budgets, procurement,



and subcontractor coordinationUsing Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, quality, and site recordsLiaising with clients, architects, consultants, and certifiersMentoring site staff and contributing to the business's operational growthWorking alongside the director to help scale the business as new projects start.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential constructionStrong knowledge of the Sydney construction marketExperience managing projects of $5m+Robust commercial and financial understandingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working directly with clients, architects and consultantsProcore experience highly regardedA hands-on, commercially minded approach
