With a presence at more than 100,000 customer sites globally, our solutions combine connected chemistry, digital innovation, and extensive expertise to minimise water and climate impacts while maximising outcomes at an optimised total cost.About the role:This is a part-time role where you will work 26.5 hours per week.As our Account Manager you will work with food and beverage manufacturers in Hobart and surrounding area, to enhance operational water efficiency, food safety and product quality.
You will be responsible for providing customised programs and services that help our dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries reduce water and energy consumption, improve water quality, enhance water safety, and conserve natural resources.This is a hands-on role where you will do basic service work, including activities carried out on cooling systems, boilers and wastewater equipment.You will build relationships with existing customers by understanding their key business drivers and developing water solutions unique to their workplace.
You will have the chance to visit customer sites, taking the time to understand the processes of the customer and work closely with our technical support team to develop innovative solutions.This is a role where you can make a difference to every customer you visit.
The solutions you develop will have lasting impacts on improving water quality for your clients and significantly reducing the water wastage whilst enhancing the continuity of water safety.What you will be responsible for:Delivering customised water treatment programsSupporting customers to reduce water and energy usage, improve equipment reliability,
and enhance production outcomesBuilding trusted relationships by understanding customers' key business drivers and operational prioritiesPartnering with internal technical experts to develop and implement innovative, site‐specific solutionsIdentifying opportunities to optimise customers' Total Cost of OperationsProviding on‐site service, reporting, and ongoing account supportOur preferred candidate may have:Ideally a tertiary qualification (chemical, mechanical, industrial) though not essential.Working knowledge or interest in water treatment systemsAn understanding of drinking water legionella managementAbility to interact effectively with others, including senior-level customersStrong relationship building skills.Open to travel with the occasional overnight stay.
