productivity and construction excellenceIdentify challenges early and develop practical solutions that keep the project movingWork closely with the Project Manager and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding project outcomesBuild strong relationships with the client, consultants and delivery partnersMentor emerging construction leaders and contribute to the growth of the wider Paynter Dixon teamWhat we're looking forWe're looking for more than someone who can run a site.
We're looking for a leader who can take ownership.You'll ideally bring:10+ years' experience in construction, with significant high-rise or complex multi-storey experienceA proven track record delivering major residential, commercial or mixed-use developmentsStrong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies, sequencing and logisticsExperience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractor interfacesStrong understanding of structural, façade, services and fit-out deliveryA sharp eye for programme, quality, safety and productivityStrong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and manage project risksExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe confidence to make decisions and lead from the frontA genuine passion for delivering exceptional buildingsTo succeed in this roleYou'll be someone who:Thrives in a rapid-paced, high-performance construction environmentUnderstands what it takes to deliver complex high-rise projects safely and efficientlyCan turn a programme into action and keep teams accountable to critical milestonesThink ahead,
