The RoleAs Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing Rockingham Toyota's fleet sales operation, maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while identifying opportunities for further growth.Key responsibilities will include:Taking ownership of an established fleet customer portfolio and existing order bankManaging and strengthening relationships with existing fleet customersDeveloping new fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generationOverseeing fleet enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirementsBuilding long-term relationships with businesses, organisations and key decision-makersDriving fleet sales performance and identifying opportunities for continued growthEnsuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery processWorking closely with dealership management and Toyota to maximise fleet opportunitiesLeading the day-to-day operation of the Fleet departmentEnsuring customers receive consistent communication and professional account managementImportantly, you will be supported by an experienced Fleet Sales Assistant, providing administrative and operational support and allowing you to focus on customer relationships,
