Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of our current Building Homes for Benalla (BHB) Project - a $21 million medium-density community comprising 48 current homes, civil works and public open space.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a socially impactful regional project, managing all on-site activities from early civil works through to final handover.What You'll DoOversee the construction delivery of a 48-home medium-density community under an AS D&C; Government ContractManage civil works, services coordination, public-realm interfaces and staging across the developmentDrive program, budget and quality outcomes in line with social-procurement and compliance standardsLead and mentor site teams and subcontractors, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and teamworkConduct daily site coordination meetings, inspections, inductions and reportingCollaborate with Project Managers, consultants and client representatives to support clear communication and milestone deliveryWhat You'll Bring5–10+ years' experience delivering multi-unit residential, townhouse or community housing projectsProven ability to manage regional sites, civil interfaces and multiple stakeholdersStrong knowledge of the BCA, Australian Standards,
