variations and overall commercial performanceConduct regular site visits across Ipswich and ToowoombaEnsure projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirementsManage project reporting and documentation using Google Docs and ExcelDrive projects through to practical completion and handoverAbout YouProject Management experience within landscaping or constructionExperience delivering commercial projects such as schools, industrial facilities or aged-care developmentsSoftscape construction knowledge is highly desirableHigh-rise project experience is advantageous but not essentialStrong commercial, organisational and problem-solving skillsConfident managing multiple projects and delivery teamsComputer literate and comfortable using Google Docs and ExcelFit, professionally presented and comfortable regularly attending sitesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsCurrent Australian driver's licenceThe Company This established commercial landscaping contractor delivers high-quality landscape construction projects throughout South East Queensland.The successful Project Manager will be supported by an experienced delivery team comprising two foremen, two leading hands and eight landscapers.
