Senior Contract Administrator - ConstructionThis is an excellent opportunity for a construction-focused Contract Administrator looking to take the next step in their career and work across complex projects.Please note: Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance and must be available to work onsite 5 days per week.About the RoleYou will support the commercial and contractual delivery of construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.Key responsibilities will include:Administer and manage construction contracts from commencement through to completionSupport Project Managers with commercial and contractual mattersManage subcontractor agreements and contractual documentationMonitor contractual obligations, milestones and deliverablesAssist with variations, claims and extensions of timeReview and assess subcontractor claims and supporting documentationMaintain accurate contract registers and project recordsIdentify contractual risks and elevate issues proactivelySupport procurement and subcontractor engagementPrepare commercial reports and project documentationLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholdersEnsure contractual and commercial processes are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycleAbout YouTo be successful,
