The successful candidate will identify, approach and secure recent clients across industries including food manufacturing and distribution, frozen and chilled products, foodservice and hospitality supply, supermarkets and retail distribution, meat, seafood and fresh produce, pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled products, third-party logistics and cold storage, and government and commercial transport tenders.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and secure profitable refrigerated and frozen-transport contractsDevelop a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunitiesBuild relationships with manufacturers, distributors, procurement teams and supply-chain decision-makersPrepare professional proposals, presentations and tender submissionsNegotiate rates and commercial terms in consultation with managementWork closely with operations to ensure new contracts can be delivered safely and profitablyMaintain strong relationships with newly acquired clientsMonitor market opportunities,
