St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is recruiting a current leadership role to drive a strategic Major Gifts program across NSW. You will lead a small philanthropy team, build robust relationships with high-net-worth supporters, and secure six-figure, multi-year gifts that transform lives.

Reporting to the Director, Fundraising, you will manage the full donor lifecycle, partner with the CEO and senior leaders, and ensure donors feel deeply connected to the mission.
