felt by both clients and practitioners.Key responsibilitiesEnsure facility is kept clean and tidyEnsure cultural expectations of company values are felt and delivered by allPrepare rooms for practitioners dailyKeep equipment and stock levels to company standardsManage diaries to deliver highest levels of productivity with no unusable gapsConstantly work to reduce cancellations and improve adherence to practitioner prescribed plansEnsure group class offering matches minimum attendance requirementsGreet clients on entry in person and give tours of the facility to make them feel welcomedNurture and encourage clients to join the communityCollaborate with Clinical Leads when trends are seenEnsure WC team support client prescribed journey and support practitioners to deliver and develop methods and protocolsManage all billing by end of day and reconcile settlement to PMS reported takingsEnsure cash report matches cash holdings and weekly/monthly cash deposits match PMS reported cash takingsManage leave and recruitmentTake phone calls from existing clients for bookings and reschedulesTake payments and showcase the facility and servicesConduct initial consult onboardingAbout youExude company values: Passionately Determined and Collaborative, Outcome Orientated and Reliable, Scientifically Curious and CaringHold team accountable to maintaining high standards in company values
