This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up, influence business strategy, and help shape how an international market leader uses data to drive performance, innovation and growth.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and forming part of the IT Leadership Team, you'll have the opportunity to establish the vision, roadmap and capability that will transform data from a business asset into a genuine competitive advantage.Your mandateYou'll assume responsibility for;Establishing and leading Stratco's Group Master Data & Analytics functionDevelopment and execution of the enterprise data, analytics and MDM roadmapProviding leadership and day-to-day management of a team of data and analytics professionalsLeading the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Master Data Management across customer, supplier, product, inventory and operational data domainsDriving data governance, data quality and stewardship across the organisationPartner with senior executives and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision makingDevelop KPI's, dashboards and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic decision makingChampion data literacy, and as a key member of the IT leadership team, help shape broader technology strategy and transformation initiativesAbout youYou're an accomplished data and analytics leader who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
