superAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Retail Manager to join a well-established property team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.Based within a major CBD retail asset, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager and wider asset management team, playing a key role in the day‐to‐day management and performance of the Centre.This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with strong retail property experience who enjoys being hands‐on, engaging with retailers and working across the operational and commercial aspects of a major asset.The RoleManaging the day‐to‐day retail operations of a major CBD assetBuilding strong relationships with retailers and proactively addressing tenant and customer mattersConducting regular Centre inspections and identifying opportunities for improvementMonitoring retailer performance, sales and centre resultsAssisting with leasing activity, tenant mix and occupancy initiativesManaging lease administration, rental reviews and tenant chargesAssisting with budgets,
