This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their own portfolio while progressing their career within a respected organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the successful delivery of multiple commercial HVAC projects from commencement through to completionOversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performanceManage subcontractors, Site Managers and client relationshipsPrepare and manage progress claims, variations and project reportingEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budgetMaintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout each projectSelection CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will possess:2-5 years' experience in Project Management within commercial HVAC or mechanical servicesTrade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Mechanical ServicesCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceStrong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and progress claimsDemonstrated experience managing variations and contractual requirementsProven ability to lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teamsSuccessful track record delivering commercial HVAC projectsTwo recent professional referencesWe offer a $1,000 referral bonus for successful candidate referrals.
