You'll be a hands-on, people‐first leader, inspiring teams, driving sales and delivering standout results across a rapid‐paced, style‐led business.Reporting to the VIC State Manager, you'll coach store teams, maintain brand standards, oversee rostering and stock, and pursue development opportunities across people, product and location.
This is a high‐visibility, rewarding leadership role.
