About the Role:The Charter division at CDC NSW is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Reservations Consultant to join the team at our St. Marys office in Western Sydney on a 12 month, fixed-term Maternity Leave contract.
Reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager, this role will provide administration support to Charter team and excellent customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Responding to inbound communications (phone and email) in a timely mannerRespond and process all quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers in a timely manner with high attention to detailEnsure we are meeting KPI's and correct marginsEnsuring customer service standards are always adhered toInvoicing as requiredFace to Face customer meetings as requiredGeneral office duties and other ad hoc tasks as requiredLiaising with key stakeholders both internally and externallyAbout You:A positive and solid team player with exceptional customer service skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsFast and accurate data entry skillsPersonable, well-presented in person and on the phoneExcellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented with attention to accuracy.Well organised,
