KOI is a well-regarded private higher education provider offering high-quality accredited undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in Accounting, Business and Management, Information Technology and Information Systems, and TESOL. KOI has approximately 4,500 students across two NSW campuses in central Sydney and Newcastle, with a diverse and predominantly international student community.
Building from a solid foundation, KOI is entering an ambitious period of strategic transformation. The Institute is seeking to diversify through new academic offerings, domestic postgraduate growth, online and hybrid delivery, microcredentials, potential acquisitions and the development of transnational education capabilities. The Institute is also strengthening its research and scholarship capability, industry partnerships and community engagement.
Having achieved limited self-accrediting authority, KOI is now building the institutional maturity and academic capability required for broader authority and, over the longer term, University College status.
