As you step into or continue growing leadership, you will provide supervision, mentoring and day-to-day support to physiotherapists within the team, be an escalation point for clinical questions and higher-level client needs, help shape team meetings and quality improvement initiatives, and partner with the Principal Physiotherapist on program planning and clinical standards.
