Superior People Recruitment – Werribee VIC is seeking a Property Manager stepping up from an Assistant role. You will manage a portfolio of ~180 properties with admin support, and handle maintenance, arrears, and inspections.
Must have Agent's Rep Certificate and at least 12 months PM experience. You will learn Property Me and work both collaboratively and independently in a 5-day week with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
