Hermès Australia is seeking a Client Contact Consultant for a fixed-term 6-month assignment in our E‐Commerce Office. The role is fully in office five days a week and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences across phone, email, and digital channels while managing end-to-end order workflows.
You will act as the brand ambassador, resolve enquiries in line with policies, and collaborate with Retail, After-Sales, and Store Management as needed.
