We're changing the way marketing partners with our businesses – and we're looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Business Partner to help us do it.
If you're around five years into your marketing career and ready for greater ownership and exposure to business leaders, this could be a great next step. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the marketing relationship for your own portfolio of Questas businesses.
You'll become the key marketing contact for your own portfolio of Questas businesses, building strong relationships with business leaders, understanding their commercial priorities and turning them into marketing plans that deliver.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the people and delivery sides of marketing. You'll own annual marketing plans from end to end, coordinate campaigns across digital, content and creative channels, track performance and ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for briefs to arrive. We want you getting to know your businesses, visiting our sites, understanding their customers, and becoming a trusted marketing partner.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Owning the marketing relationship for your portfolio of businesses, building strong relationships and translating commercial priorities into meaningful marketing activity.
Developing and managing annual marketing plans aligned to each business's objectives, target markets and budget.




Driving campaigns from brief through to execution, coordinating creative, digital, web and external resources to keep activity moving.
Delivering activity across SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, marketing automation, social media and web to generate demand and support business growth.
Monitoring results, reporting against agreed measures and identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance.
Managing spend across your portfolio while maintaining solid and consistent brand standards.

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:




Experience in B2B marketing, with industrial, technical product or multi-site exposure highly regarded.
Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work directly with business leaders and operational stakeholders.
Experience taking marketing plans and campaigns from brief through to delivery, measurement and optimisation.
Working knowledge across digital channels including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, social media and websites.
Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform – HubSpot experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing marketing budgets and keeping activity on track against agreed spend.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to meaningful business outcomes.
A proactive, hands-on approach – you're comfortable taking ownership, getting close to the businesses you support and making things happen.
