The role blends leadership coaching with proactive case management across WorkCover QLD, delivering workplace rehab, RTW and injury management services.You will develop a high-performing team, establish employer and insurer relationships, and travel regionally to client sites.
Flexible hybrid arrangement; full time preferred, 4-day week considered.
Relocation support available.
