What You Will Be DoingManaging a portfolio of liability claims from lodgement through to settlementAssessing coverage, liability and claim quantum in line with legislation and policy requirementsInvestigating and managing complex personal injury and property liability claimsProviding technical advice and recommendations to clients and stakeholdersParticipating in client reviews and claims strategy discussionsManaging escalated claims matters and complaints where requiredBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, solicitors, brokers and external service providers What We Are Looking ForEssentialPrevious experience managing liability claims (at least 1 years' experience)Strong understanding of relevant legislation and claims handling practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to prioritise workloads and work autonomouslyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsDesirableTertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Insurance or a related discipline Career Growth at CrawfordWe are committed to helping our people grow and build rewarding long-term careers.
