PARC Engineering is looking for an established Operations Manager to lead our Victorian operations and play a key role in the continued growth of the PARC Engineering business.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the demands of the construction, mining and resources industries and has the commercial, operational and people skills to deliver results.As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne branch, working closely with our leadership team, clients, project teams and workforce.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially, while building robust client relationships and developing a high-performing local team.Key responsibilities:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Victorian branchManaging and supporting project and site teams to ensure successful project deliveryPlanning and coordinating labour, resources, equipment and subcontractorsManaging project performance, budgets, schedules and operational requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractorsIdentifying new business and project opportunities within the Victorian marketSupporting tendering, estimating and commercial activitiesMonitoring project costs, productivity and profitabilityEnsuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements and relevant industry standardsRecruiting, developing and managing employees across the Victorian operationImplementing effective systems and processes to improve operational efficiencyProviding regular reporting and operational updates to senior managementIdentifying and resolving operational issues before they impact project deliveryRepresenting PARC Engineering professionally within the Victorian construction,
