No previous recruitment experience is required, although we are also open to candidates with up to three years of experience who are looking for their next opportunity.You'll work closely with an experienced Account Manager and be part of a successful Banking & Financial Services team supporting some of Australia's largest financial organisations, including major banks, insurers and other leading financial services businesses.You'll be involved across the full recruitment lifecycle,



from receiving a new vacancy through to sourcing, interviewing and ultimately placing the successful candidate.What you'll be doingSource, approach and screen candidates for live rolesUnderstand candidate experience, motivations, availability and salary expectationsBuild candidate shortlists for client opportunitiesCoordinate interviews, preparation and feedbackManage candidates through references, offers and onboardingBuild a solid network across Software, AI and DesignWork closely with Account Managers to deliver on client requirementsDevelop your knowledge of the technology and financial services marketsWho we're looking forWe're open to candidates with 0–3 years of recruitment experience, with this role particularly suited to someone looking to begin their career in recruitment.You don't need to come from recruitment or technology.
