These 12-month fixed-term opportunities are a great chance to join a supportive team, build valuable health insurance experience and develop your career with Bupa.Whether you have experience in claims, customer service, healthcare or administration, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.About the RoleAs a Claims Processing Consultant, you'll help our customers and providers navigate the claims process, ensuring claims are assessed accurately and resolved efficiently.Depending on your team, you'll work across Hospital or Ancillaries (Extras) claims and will:Assess and process health insurance claimsManage complex and exception claimsRespond to customer and provider enquiriesWork across multiple systems and applicationsInvestigate issues and identify solutionsBuild strong relationships with customers, providers and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomesWork within relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for people who are customer-focused, detail-oriented and eager to learn.You'll ideally have:Experience in customer service, administration,



claims or a similar environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationThe ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working across multiple systemsA positive, skilled and customer-first approachExperience in health insurance, healthcare, claims or contact centre environments will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.Training & Hybrid WorkingWe're committed to setting you up for success.For your first three months, you'll complete comprehensive training onsite at our Adelaide CBD office.Following training, you'll move to our hybrid working arrangement:2 days in the office | 3 days working from homeThis provides the flexibility of working from home while maintaining regular opportunities to connect and collaborate with your team.Why Bupa?
