You will lead a small team, build tooling, standards, automation, and workflows that enable ~100 engineers to build, test, and ship software.You will define what outstanding looks like for the developer toolchain, drive AI-enabled lifecycle practices, and champion engineering best practices with a focus on self-service and governance.
