We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading residential developer builder delivering high-quality mixed-use and Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of landmark projects.
You will take ownership of projects from design through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery across programme, budget, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities:Lead the successful delivery of mixed-use and Class 2 residential developments from pre-construction through to completionManage project programmes, budgets, procurement, and commercial outcomesCoordinate consultants, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal delivery teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholdersDrive quality, safety, and programme performance throughout the construction lifecycleIdentify and manage project risks while implementing effective delivery strategiesOversee contract administration, financial reporting, forecasting,
