Lead stakeholder and land access activities across telecommunications projects, working with landowners, authorities and project teams.Genus Services is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Land Access Manager to join our team in North Sydney.This role is responsible for managing stakeholder and land access activities to support the successful delivery of telecommunications projects.
You will provide management and compliance expertise in securing land tenure in accordance with the Telecommunications Act ****, while ensuring projects meet client, legislative and regulatory requirements.The position will coordinate third-party stakeholder engagement across Land Access, Environment and Indigenous Heritage/Native Title activities and work closely with stakeholders and authorities across planning, design, land access and construction.Key responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate stakeholder and land access activities across projectsBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and authoritiesEngage and consult with landowners, Traditional Owner/Indigenous groups and other affected stakeholdersCoordinate meetings and site surveys with stakeholders and relevant specialistsManage and coordinate external consultants to support project deliverablesResolve stakeholder and land access issues or disputesIdentify and elevate potential issues that may impact stakeholder relationshipsNegotiate, consult and present to stakeholders to support project objectivesWork closely with project teams to optimise land access and associated processesCoordinate environment, cultural heritage and Native Title activities where requiredProvide leadership and advice in relation to Environment, Culture,
