Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) split between Liver Transplant CNC (3 days) and IHOT-ID CNC (2 days) at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.
The role involves case management for transplant patients across NSW/ACT and requires registration with AHPRA and postgraduate specialty qualifications.The CNC will lead clinical practice development, work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to education and research in transplant
