You will lead a team of Residential Team Leaders and work closely with NDIS Claiming, Corporate Services and Executive Leadership teams.Key responsibilitiesLeading and enhancing residential service deliveryDriving person-centred approaches and best practice disability supportMaximising NDIS funding opportunities and service sustainabilitySupporting Team Leaders to deliver quality outcomes for participantsLeading NDIS Quality and Safeguards compliance activitiesManaging reportable incidents, restrictive practices oversight and quality improvement initiativesContributing to organisational strategy and service innovationAbout youExperience in an NDIS administration, operations or service management roleStrong understanding of NDIS funding,
