You will guide and develop your team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring outstanding customer service and consistent financial performance.
Acting as the hotel's ambassador, you will nurture relationships with local organisations such as the Police, the council, local businesses, neighbours and customers.What you will need to succeed:Honest, dependable and professionalHands on with strong leadership skillsStrong knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including food,
