We have an exciting prospect for you to work with a highly regarded high-end residential builders, specialising in architecturally designed renovations and additions across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.
You'll be supported in your development by the senior team and molded into a great builder.ResponsibilitiesSupervise architectural renovation and addition projectsComplete carpentry work when neededEnsure all work is carried out safely,



within budget and to a high standardSupport and coordinate subcontractors and suppliersMaintain a tidy and respectful site - especially important when working on occupied propertiesMaintain a safe working environment and ensure all workers comply with health and safety regulationsRequirementsAt least 3 years' experience out of your carpentry apprenticeship with experience leading a team as a Leading Hand / ForemanExperience working on high-end residential builds (essential)Renovation and addition experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsEagerness to learn and developStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of construction laws and regulationsIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Leading Hand with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you.******** *** ******
