As a trusted supplier to tradespeople, builders, renovators and interior designers, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and exceptional customer service.We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Queensland region.This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong industry relationships, and managing opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing commercial opportunities across the builder, developer, and project sectors.You will own the full sales lifecycle—building pipeline, managing tenders and quotations, and ensuring smooth handover to internal teams—while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on revenue and margin targets.Key responsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and secure new commercial and trade opportunitiesBuild and maintain a solid, qualified sales pipelineDevelop and execute strategies to grow market shareManage tenders, quotations, and proposals to maximise win ratesRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, and key stakeholdersAct as the primary commercial contact during pre‐award phasesRepresent the business at client meetings, networking, and industry eventsProject CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and project handoverSupport communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersMonitor project progress to ensure client expectations are metReporting & PerformanceMaintain accurate pipeline,
