You will drive preventative maintenance strategies, respond to breakdowns, and support safe, reliable, and efficient production outcomes.The role is suited to a trade-qualified Electrical or Mechanical skilled with strong leadership capability, a proactive mindset, and experience within manufacturing, heavy industry,



or mining environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support maintenance activities across plant and workshop equipmentCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtimeDiagnose and resolve electrical and/or mechanical faultsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsSupervise and support trades personnel, providing technical guidance where requiredManage maintenance schedules, work orders, documentation, and reportingSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance recordsWhat you will bring:Trade qualified Electrician or Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy industry, or mining environmentsProven leadership or supervisory experience within a maintenance teamStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilityAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong communication, planning, and organisational skillsCommitment to safety and best-practice maintenance standardsWhy Join Us?
