Acumen Health is seeking an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant to support personnel with physical and psychological injuries.
You will apply clinical reasoning within a multidisciplinary team to guide rehab from injury to functional recovery at Gaza Ridge Barracks.You will perform assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to outcomes-focused care with KPI-based measures and flexible schedule.
