Senior Contracts AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a highly regarded Tier 1 construction business on a landmark $800M healthcare project.This is a major project environment suited to a capable and proven performer who has a strong track record delivering large-scale construction projects and is comfortable managing complex commercial and contractual requirements.You will be working as part of a high-performing project team, you will take ownership of key commercial and contractual responsibilities across the project, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and client.The RoleManaging subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accountPreparing, negotiating and administering subcontract agreementsManaging variations, EOTs, progress claims and contractual correspondenceMonitoring project costs,
budgets and commercial performanceSupporting procurement and subcontractor negotiationsManaging commercial risks and resolving contractual issuesWorking closely with the project team to ensure commercial outcomes are achievedMaintaining solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholdersAbout YouExperience working on large-scale projects valued at $80M+A strong background within commercial, healthcare, infrastructure or similarly complex construction environmentsProven experience independently managing significant subcontract packagesStrong commercial and contractual knowledgeExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to operate effectively in a large project teamA track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsExperience with CHEOPS, ProcurePro, Payapps or Aconex would be highly advantageousA proactive, organised and solutions-focused approachYour application will be treated as strictly confidential.
