You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, leading the construction and commercial teams while maintaining control of program, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder relationships.
This is a genuine project leadership position suited to an accomplished Project Manager with a solid background delivering large-scale residential construction, ideally including high-rise apartment developments.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Taking overall responsibility for project delivery from commencement through to completionLeading and managing the site, commercial and project delivery teamsDeveloping and driving the construction program and key project milestonesMaintaining control of project budgets,



forecasting and commercial performanceOverseeing procurement and ensuring critical trade packages are secured in line with programManaging consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholdersChairing project meetings and providing clear reporting to senior managementIdentifying and proactively managing commercial, contractual and delivery risksDriving design coordination and resolving complex construction and buildability issuesMaintaining the highest standards across quality, WHS and complianceManaging client relationships and ensuring expectations are maintained throughout deliveryDriving the project through practical completion, handover and close-outAbout You5+ years' proven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projectsDemonstrated experience successfully delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developmentsHigh-rise residential experience is highly desirableExperience managing projects valued at $100M+ strongly preferredJobpac experience is essentialStrong commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of contracts, procurement, forecasting and cost controlProven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teamsExcellent programming, planning and problem-solving capabilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDegree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related disciplineIn ReturnUp to $300,000 total package including Super, depending on experienceTake a leadership role on a $100M+ mixed-use apartment developmentHighly desirable Lower North Shore project locationJoin an established and well-resourced major Sydney builderWork with an experienced senior management and project delivery teamStrong pipeline of major residential and mixed-use developments across Sydney
